I paid Rs 14500 and got an N79 from Univercell on 15.12.2009. Its still under warranty and insured by Univercell. About 5 months from the purchase date, my phone started to switch off automatically. i also found a Bluetooth connectivity problem in it. From then on, I gave my phone for service for 6 times at three different Nokia Customer Care (NCC), Ambatore NCC-4 times, Gemini NCC 1 time, and Tambaram NCC 1 time. All these times, they somehow managed to adjust it and give me back. When they found me coming frequently, they started telling me about the replacement of the phone. They said they will try replacing it, but they never really tried.Now when 10 months are over, they are giving lame excuses. I am really fed up of Nokia. Finally they returned the phone saying, IT CANT BE REPAIRED. I am fed up. I am running here and there for claiming it now! Is there any value for the money I paid? Is there anyone who can help me?
