More and more channels are disappearing and no hope complaining about this to SUN.
Kindly help me to get a solution and I am too disappointed in wasting my time in complaining like this after spending my money for the connection.

Hi,
I am SUN DTH customer for last 8 months and I opted for Hindi shine package.
Smart card No: 41242699407R
Now I am not able to recieve most of the channels in this package for last 1.5 months due to their satellite changes. I complaint about this to SUN Direct on 25 th of Oct.
The complaint number is 1-912171737, and they gave an estimated time of sending a representative for dish realignment in 3 days.
No one attended this problem in 3 days and I got an SMS from SUN Direct saying the complaint is closed. I called up the customer care and they again promise me the problem will get resolved in next 2 days. Also I asked to reopen the complaint 1-912171737. Also I told them if you do not solve this with in two days I will go with a complaint against SUN DTH since I do not wanted to loose my money calling the customer care (there is no toll free number).
But they did not come up to resolve this problem till this time and I draft the complaint and also they did not reopen the complaint as well. I have already paid 3 month advance payment and I am not getting the service which I am paying for.
Kindly help me to resolve this problem in time and to get justice with enough compensation.
