Angry Payment amount not creditted in credit card statement.(card n.o:5176537128272000)

I have paid the entire amount outstanding in the credit card statement by way of check drawn on TamilNadu Mercantile Bank by droping the check in the ATM at Royapettah, chennai ICICI ATM center on 9/11/2010.The same check has been debited in my account wih TamilNadu Mercantile Bank on 12/11/2010.I have recieved the sms in my mobile 9842829781.Conforming the reciept of the check. But on 19/11/2010 i have recieved phone call instructing me to pay the credit card bill amount.even after giving the check, amount, date of the payment and the date of debit in my account.i have recieved the sms abount the non-payment of the credit card bill.i fear that the amount paid by has been creditted to some else credit card bill account. i kindly request you to check the payment and arrange to credit the amount in my credit card account and bring the account balance as 0(zero) and not to debit any overdue intrest and any other charges.
Thanking you in advanced for your co-operation,
    R.PaulRaj.(card n.o:5176537128272000)

    Default Makemytrip

    Dear Sir/Madam
In August-September, 2010 I got a call from Makemytrip saying that they are offering some travel package to customers. The cost of the package is Rs.6616. When I further enquired about the package, they said they will be giving branded wrist watch, some domestic and international travel vouchers and dining card. I was not interested on those vouchers. When I further enquired about the dining card, they said I will be getting 25% flat off on airline booking and departmental stores like bigbazaar and reliance fresh. when I received the dining card, i could see in the booklet that only restaurants and hotels are there in the list and no departmental centre is there. Further, in the restaurants and hotels only 5% to 15% discount is given rather than 25%.
I also enquired whether I have to pay for the dining card or not then they said that I have to pay only when I purchase anything using that card. They they asked about my credit card details and I denied that I can't disclose all the details then they said no need to tell just punch on the mobile with pin number.
Later I was shocked to know that 6616 has been deducted from my account. I contacted the Mymaketrip and they said they can't promiss anything and they'll check but when I call again they are not responding. I have written a mail but still I haven't got any responds. Now I couldn't pay 6616 to my SBI credit card in time and now they have fined and today I paid Rs 7430 including the late fee and other charges.

Makemytrip cheated me very badly as my entire amount has gone for loss. Please suggest me ways to get my money back and also how to sue these maketrip guys.

    Thanks & Regards
