Hi,

On 29th March 2010, I tried booking ticket from Kingfisher website(Bangalore - London). I got the message of unsuccessful transaction and PNR was not generated but my citibank credit card was charged for the same for the amount 63228.00
I called Kingfisher and confirmed on the same day that no transaction happened from my card.
Citibank billed this amount on my monthly statement saying that they have paid the merchant.
I have provided the proof to citibank for unsuccessful transaction but after 3 months of investigation they came back that merchant has claimed the amount so they have paid it.
They sent me the reference number of the payment done to Kingfisher Airlines.
I followed up again to the Kingfisher with the reference number provided and after multiple mails and calls Reema Khan from Kingfisher came back stating they have not charged the credit card and money might be in hold with the member bank.
Both citibank and Kingfisher is not taking responsibilty of who will followup with member bank.
Citibank is saying to check with Merchant(Kingfisher Airlines) about their member bank who claimed the amount.
I am trying to reach to Kingfisher again for the member bank details and the amount to be refunded but not getting any reply. Its more than 6 months and no solution is coming out.

Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
