With utter dismay I would like to inform you that my prepaid mobile service (no: 9732568487) has been discontinued (including incoming calls) since around 06:00PM without assigning any reason.
When I contacted to the customer care, I have to waited for a long time (about 20 minutes each time) to talk to a customer care executive. I talked to two of them and both of them have no explanation for this phenomenon. Both of them said me to transfer the call to their higher authority and disconnected the call after a while. The name of the former I cannot remember. However, name of the latter is Susmit Bhattacharyya.
Since then I am unable to talk to any of the customer care executives in spite of hanging for a prolonged time.
So, I suppose you want to accept me no more as a customer. I would appreciate if you be kind enough to tell it to me frankly so that I can take a new connection.
