Mobile Company not giving the Handset after servicing from last 2 months Dear Sir,
I "Shikhar Prajapati" residing at Jaipur(Rajasthan) and having contact no. 0141-2222364 has purchased a new HAIR CDMA Mobile Phone but after two days of using the handset got problem and I went to the Redington India Limited, F-46B, Ramesh Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur to get my mobile phone serviced. They told me to return the handset in 10 days but after 10 days they again told me to wait for ten day and this is going from last 2 months. The number is my business no. and so many customers are not able to contact me and due to this I am also facing business loss. Pls. help me in this issue. Thanks with Regards.
