I have ordered whirlpool magic cock 25ltr from home shop 18 on 22 sept 2010 and executive has collected cash on 29 sept 2010. and they had deliverd 20ltr on 20 oct 2010 then on the same day i called on toll free no 18001800918 for registration wrong delivery ie 20ltr agianst 25 ltr. when i called on toll free no they told me everytime that will call back within 2 days / one week and toll free no is chargeable but till date in did not get any call or resolution . its more than two months. its very surprised that i have ordered first time which is totally disappointed . I will really appreciate if you help me out of this.
