Please note that I had arranged for a settlement of my credit card with Sivaram from your Chennai office. Each of the payments for Rs.105000/- have been made in cash on 30th of each month.
For last installment which was due for Rs.30,000/-, which I made an online Citibank to HDFC transfer on the 30th of August 2011. Citibank confirmed that the payment has been process within 1 hour of the transfer. Whereas Sivaram insisted that payment will not get reflected in the account till 72 hours. He urged me to pay another Rs.30,000 in cash and if I do not do that the settlement will be void.
He further promised to have the excess amount which gets credited through the online transfer by Monday September 05, 2011.
On Monday when I called him, he had not even begun the creation of Demand draft and said will check and revvert. I did not get any call back. On multiple call backs he said it will happen on Tuesday. Again after multiple call backs on Tuesday he said it will take another 2 days. Now he has been disconnecting my calls and even my message requests. I asked for his manager's number who is apparently Pramod Nair who answered the 1st call and said will call back in 10 mins. It has been 2 days now and he neither returned my call and discconects whenever I call. I have sent multiple messages for updates but have always been disconnected, given wrong numbers and assurances.
I need a refund of Rs.30,000 immediately as these were for my house expenses. I cannot wait for a week for this to happen.
Lastly you team is pathetic in service and response. If you checck the blogs online, you will see there are many more who are harrassed and feel cheated about your service. Do you guys ever take action or address the concerns.
