My good self is AMIT PANIA Contact no is 9821475688 , I Have seen that recently this mobile service provider are activation the VAS service such as astrology / picture etc atimatically or they say that u must have activated the same by pressing short cut key and allso the deduct the amount directly . secondly even they are charging us if we call to the customer care if we complain.

However at same time if we want to stop the service its long procedure by sending sms and procudre . for stoping the service thre is no short cut key

i here by rquest you to take action against this service provider, why they dont follow long procedure to start service, secondly maximum subscriber dont want activation of such facility but the same is getting activated automatically and we donnt have option to pay the charges

please guide us how shoud we take action to resolve the problem
