I am [COLOR=#009900 !important]the one[/COLOR] of customer with Samsung & this complain is for phone which was not working and for that i make a complain. After that service center going & took the engg with him for repair. After some time again same [COLOR=#009900 !important]problem[/COLOR] arises & again complain done by me and basis that service engg. visited & told that one part (capestor tube) to be changed and assures that it will be done in 2 days time. After that no communication given to us, i regularlly called the costmer care but they only given time but that is also gone in vain.
After writing many times to Samsung [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer care[/COLOR] & getting no proper response finally i forced to got it done by local mechanic
I want compensation in liew of inconvience faced by me due to poor service from Samsung.
