    Default Complain for poor service by Samsung (For A.C)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am the one of customer with Samsung & this complain is for A.C which was not cooling and for that i make a complain. After that service engg. came & took the A.C with him for repair. After some time again same problem arises & again complain done by me and basis that service engg. visited & told that one part (capestor tube) to be changed and assures that it will be done in 2 days time. After that no communication given to us, i regularlly called the costmer care but they only given time but that is also gone in vain.
    After writing many times to Samsung customer care & getting no proper response finally i forced to got it done by local mechanic & paid Rs. 600/-

    I want compensation in liew of inconvience faced by me due to poor service from Samsung.

    Dear concern,
    I have make request for AC service last month and for not cooling service enggn. Visited at home and take the ac to service centre and then fitted again and charged approx. 2200/- after 4-5 days again same problem arises then make a call to customer care vide ref no 8401070655 and engg. Also visited and ask to change one part costing 600/- but till date no one came to change the part. I am calling at your customer care but they are only giving promises not the solution. Donot you think this is service deficiency as one part to change is taking so long time.

    Dear Team,
    Thanks for your response, this for your information that i called on your customer care & as per them the concerned part was to be changed by 23rd Oct but it's already gone. I got a call from your service centre regarding this & surprisingly got the answer that as & when they will get the part from company it will be changed. when i asked for anytime line they don't have any answer. to my surprise even they were not able to give a time line of 1 month also.

    This is the service label you are providing to your customers.
    This is to inform you that in this circumstances i have to move to consumer court if this problem will not be sorted out in 2-3 days.

    I am [COLOR=#009900 !important]the one[/COLOR] of customer with Samsung & this complain is for phone which was not working and for that i make a complain. After that service center going & took the engg with him for repair.
