Hi,

I work in a private firm in PUNE. the company has very weird rules and regulations and almost every staff member is being exploited here.

I would like to know that which departments should be approached for lodging complaints on following subjects:
1. Inordinate delays BILLS payments
2. No provision for bonus
3. The office is open on gazetted and national holidays and staff is forced to come or otherwise face salary deduction.
4. No defined policy for increment in salary.
5. Illegal documentation.
6.No proffessional behaviour.
7.creating problem in resignation.Not giving releaving letter
8.ilegial type of bond against employees

Please advise if i can remain anonymous and still file a complaint against the current employer. It will otherwise lead to my termination.
