    Question Idea Network JAMSHEDPUR & PATNA

    Dear sir
    I am facing problem from Idea Network . Using idea network since more than 1 year every thing were going fine till last few months before . A SMS came asking for RE VERIFICATION OF ID PROF .so i submited my valid driving licence as a id on 20/Oct/10 . problem is still I recive

    SMS says Badha Ragit Sewaon Ka Lab Uthane Aur Rs 10say 25 Tak Ka Talktime Ke Liye 03 Nov tak Apna Documents Najdiki Idea Point / Distributer Ke pass Jama Karein

    Problem is Every time I call to any no Local/STD/ISD I have to hear the same above hindi message date till 30 October thak jama karein (today's date is 17 november ),first then connects to the Dailed no
    I have talked to seniors of Idea Network also .I asked do i have to submit again they said no . If submitted not required papers will be send to Patna office . They says egnore this SMS , but how will i ignore this pre recorded voice .Pleas take quick action, for idea slow action .

    Angry Complaint against Idea

    Dear Customer Care.

    This is to inform you that this Ajit Rai from Jamshedpur have a complain against your company
    that the charges has been deducted forcefully from my account.I made a recharge of Rs 20 on 21-09-2012
    Rs 15 was deducted from my account with message that you have downloaded something and it would be auto renewed
    in next month.So will you pls give me the clarification that why the hell charges was deducted on account of this message
    "Dear Customer thank you for downloading Joker special Value pack2 from shot formats.You have been charged Rs 15."
    Pls stop this unwanted service ASAP as am very much mentally harassed by this kind of service


    In spite making calls hundreds time to your customer care no proper feedback given till now
    as am very frustrated and willing to switch from your company to some other like air tel or reliance.

    I want this unnecessary service to be stopped anyhow or would file a complain against your company in customer Forum
