Hello I am V.S.Mohan from Hyderabad. I received a broucher named Most Awaited Cool Offers are now on your card using ICICI Bank Credit Card. I have placed an order for DE'MONCE 101 ps Dinner Set Product Code i093 at 53% discount on my ICICI Credit Card for rupees 3190/- which was credited to my account on June 6th 2010.

The order has been placed on June 6th 2010, order number 190589.I was supposed to receive the within 21days as per the broucher sent.I have not received the item within 21days days, when I contacted the Ava-merchandising on number 1800-11-4344 I was told that the particular dinner set is out of stock and it will be delivered within a weeks time (this is after the 21days delivery time).This process of calling Ava-merchandising after every one week continued and the same reply was given to me.

Having frustrated from the replies I have asked for cancellation of my order and amount I have paid to be returned.The reply repayment of the amount upon cancellation will be made only after 60days.

After waiting for 60days I contacted Ava-merchandising on number 0124-4697999,I was told that the payment will be made by 15th of November 2010.I did not get my payment and when I called the same number mentioned above there was only a recorded message..

Could you help me out in getting my money back.And please let me know what will be the procedure to get the payment.
