We wish to inform you that we have booked 2 Flats, 501 & 502 in Swarajya Ambivili Project by Neptune Developer and had made our initial booking deposit of Rs. 22000 which was duly acknowledged by your office vide your above mentioned receipt nos.
I had called Builder office during end of Dec 09 to enquire about the payment schedule details.
I was shocked to be informed by Builder that our booking has been cancelled due to non payment of Dues as per the payment schedule. Further, on recent investigation, we understand from Builder that your office has arbitrarily cancelled our allotment without our consent in writing or oral and have issued our allotment to some one else.
I wish to confirm and clarify that NEVER on any instance that we had requested Builder for canceling our booking. This has been done arbitrarily by Builder with out our consent or agreement.
I never received any intimation for the payment, we received no notice, we received no personal call or messages intimating us about the pending schedule payment.
