Product not received from Rediff Shopping Dear All,
I did my transaction on 15th october using Rediff.com for mobile purchase. Model no. of Mobile - Nokia 2730, Order no - 6127018, Amount - INR 4234.00, Delivery Status - Handed Over To Courier, Vendor - The Mobile Store Ltd., Consignment Number - 44378872801, Courier Name - Blue Dart. But today is 15th November and yet I have not received my mobile. I have complained lots of time but I am not getting any proper response from Rediff Customer Care. Everytime we will forward your complain to our complain department or we are checking.
It was my first transaction with Rediff.com site and also it would be last. I really disappointed with this type of service from rediff shopping.
