Dear Sir, I am sureshkumar gopalan iyer was take one policy through syndicate bank-crawford market branch--mumbai-against their forcing to take the personnal loan for me from their branch.That time they can ttold anything about this policy surrender/lapse details to me,Now i ask to M/s.BAJAJ ALLIANZ regarding to my lapsed policy surrendering and recover the deposited money.But they are not ready to clear the payment to said policy.Bcoz as per their rules ,if i am not like to conitinue the policy ,i will surrender to them with in 15days from the date of policy received by me.But nobodys can give /inform this type of details to me against my policy.there after i reached to their andheri office after a year,regarding the surrendering of my policy,they noted me you will surrender after three years only.so now i contact them through mail against my surrender of policy,now only they inform to me this all rules.So , i come to you for need the judgement for this problmes.i enclosed here with my policy details and my mails to you for your ref.Also please note now i am living in tamilnadu-tirupur since last oct-2009 after i loss my job in mumbai..So please consider and kindly give me a good judgement for the same.ALSO PLEASE NOTE IF U ARE GIVEING MAIL ID TO ME I CAN FORWARD THE ALL CORRESSPONDENCE WHICH WAS HELD WITH BAJAJ CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS.)

I was already given /mentioned where now i am living and my number also. then why did u call my mumbai no of 9270068384???? so you were not reading my any message properly. Also i told very clearly i am not getting nay proper information about this policy regarding the cancellation/surrendering with in 15dys from the date of policy. When i was failed to deposit my second term why should not inform me through mail/written letters????Also after two years i was approach your andheri office regarding the surrendering, they say to me it will clear for your payment after three years only????so, i could not contact the said perdiods.This is not my problem, Your peoples(BAJAJ) only misguided the customer .So i decide to move the consumer court against in this regards from today onwards. This is for your kind informaton.After the court will decide whatever result i can agree with that.Ok
So i complain against you(BAJAJ) and syndicate bank and the agents for the same.

Hi,
I've also invested in Bajaj Allianz'a Unit gain plus gold product and have been giving 60,000/- per year as premium.
I was told by the agent that the locking period is only 3 years and after that I can take out my money whenever I like.
After the first year when I checked, my fund value was very less as compared to what I invested and I complained about it. I was told that all kinds of charges like admin charges, service charges and all are deducted in first year and also, the amount invested in market is less, so the fund value is less but the loss would be covered in next two years since the amount invested in market increases every year. Next year again the fund value decreased even further as compared to what I invested and now at the end of the third year, I've paid premium of 1,80,000 and I got to know that my fund value is only 1,54,000. I wonder what you people have been doing in the name of investing money in market because in the last 3 years, I've invested in market myself and have got better returns as what you people gave me. If that was the case, why would I give you people extra charge for your services which are not in fact increasing my investment but only decreasing it..!!! On top of that, if I want to surrender my policy right now, you people charge 49% of the the first year's amount.. so it is almost like I'm stuck with your worthless policy for like ever...!!
Second thing, I've noticed many other people stating that they were not told about the total period till which they'll have to keep their money in the plicy in order to avoid the surrender charges. I thought that it was my agent's fault to mislead me as in many other cases and my own fault as well to not to read the documents carefully but when I visited Bajaj Allianz office, one of the employee told me that she also invested in this scheme by mistake and even she didn't have a clear picture of the policy otherwise even she wouldn't have invested. Here, I realised it is not the agent or the employee who are misleading the customer but the company itself. Otherwise why is every agent or employee so confused about the term related information...? One agent can imagine and tell this to the customer to lure him into buying the policy but not all agents would use the same facts until given any such inputs by the company...!!
I'm highly disappointed on an overall customer support, services provided, high charges levied on the policies and unclear policy terms by Bajaj Allianz. I wouldn't take any product by Bajaj Allianz ever again after this and would strongly suggest everybody else around me against the same.
