Sir,
This is Umesh Kumar Sharma, I am holding a Car model-Maruti Wagon_R, whose Reg No is DL9CP 9304, Chassis No. is 503796 & Engine No is 4327696.
My aforesaid vehicle insurance was expired on 14th Feb.’2010, whose old policy No was OG-09-1101-1801-00026056.
I have personally approached to your Shankar Sheth Road, Pune Branch (Address- Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co Ltd. c/o Vardhaman, 4th Floor, 7 Loves Chowk, Shankar Sheth Road, Pune-411042), on 26/10/2010, after vehicle inspection by your agent I was asked to issue a cheque of Rs. 6990/-, which I have handed over to your agent of Shankar Sheth Road, Pune Branch on 26th Oct’2010 (i.e. SBI Cheque No. 13905, dated 26/10/10).
I was assured by your agent (whose name & mob number is missing with me at this moment), that your vehicle Insurance policy will be received within 7 days to your NAGPUR residence address.
Till date, i.e. 15th Nov’2010, Neither I have received Insurance policy, nor any body is helping / responding me from aforesaid office of Shankar Sheth Road, Pune, when I am calling on their contact no. 020-66240100 to know about the status.
I am in very urgently need to shift my vehicle from PUNE to NAGPUR (MS), as my father is in very critical stage and hospitalize in Nagpur Hospital, and aforesaid Vehicle Insurance policy is most Important for me for shifting my Vehicle from Pune to Nagpur.
I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and advise concern person of above office, to confirm present status and problem, if any in issuing the same, on my Mobile No. 8007059230 & mail (id- uksharma123@yahoo.com). Please advise them to arrange to issue the same at the earliest on sympathy & humble back ground.
I am very much harassed due to Dirty response of your officials, specially when I am medically & sentimentally disturbed and tensed. Your very personal intervention is requested to resolve this issue immediately, by issuing insurance policy within a day or two.
