I got this Reliance GSM sim with 3Gb net pack(500Mb X 6 Months) but still i am unable to use my net. No net pack has been activated yet.

I am using a reliance gsm number 9770558599,on 2nd july i recharged my number with 150 rs balance and on 3rd july i got a message that a general jokes service has been renewed on my number with a deduction of 30 rs which was not subscribed by me when i talked to the customer care person and told him everything he refused to refund my money and he behaved very badly to me,he just unsubscribed the service..earlier also a service called mitti k rang was activated on my number which was again not done by me,just want to let you(RELIANCE PEOPLE) know that we are well educated person n know how to use a mobile and the services and for sure from no where we could ever subscribe to these crap useless services...so kindly register my complaint and i request you to take some serious action against them...and to refund my money back.

my frnd suggestd to buy dis sim... first i was satisfied by dis service bt now am very disappointd by din sim..everyday my balance reduces to Rs10...


nw m nt satisfied...

I have recharge my mobile no of 110 and the relince company automaticly subscribe diff diff type such as stock service ,mr mrs sub service , crbt service etc and automatic deduction balance...........please control and help to retun my all balance..................

my no is 8144914460,using gsm,few days back they simply deducted my amount in main balance. massage was that-thanks for activating caller tone o rs.15 and again 30 rs deducted as cbrt on that day itself...today morning i unsubscribed caller tone.now again activated caller tone and rs.15 deducted. my total amount deducted is 15+30+15+60.

i am a Reliance prepaid user. my no is 8252050455.whenever i get my account recharged it is debited unnecessarily after a message of activation of VAS CRBT. this has been a repeated practise. despite telling the concerned authority to deactivate it time and again it is renewed on its own. moreover there is no response from the customer care service.
please do the needful and oblige.

I was using reliance cdma from last 7-8 years and was quite happy. But suddenly an urge to use latest Android handsets forced me convert my sim to GSM. But that was the horrible decision i have made. On the first day only when i put the GSM set in my handset Balance of Rs. 127 became zero.. I was fine with that hoping that this may be due to conversion.. Next day i recharged with Rs. 500 but on the second day my balance reduced to Just Rs. 50 only... I am trying to call customer care since last 4 days but it is showing busy... I have even dropped a mail at customer care email id, but surprisingly they did not reverted back even after 4 days...


today luckily by god's grace, my call ws attended by customer care executive but he escape from replying by saying that "there is some technical error" hence please call later on .

And today i am fearing to recharge my account because of unfair deduction again...............

I have subscribed Wats Apps pack of Rs. 16, then too my balance get deduct when i use wats app, its a scheme just to cheat and make people fool as balance is getting deduct. Customer care number is not getting connected only from my number.

Hi this is Nirmal singh, my number is 8252563341. Today at 10:00 am i got message that i have been charged for VAS Osian SMS pack, and rs 20 is deducted from my account, i have not activated this service but my balance has been deducted so please i want my money back and deactivate this service from my number..

My name is Vaibhav Aggarwal and using Reliance Network for last 4 or 5 months. From last 2 months, my number automatically gets subscribed to some unwanted value added services and my balance gets deducted for the same without my confirmation. On asking for the refund the constumer care executive blutly replies (everytime) that the service is voluntarily activated by you and the balance cannot be refunded. It is to be noted that I give this company around Rs 1200/- business every month and this company is cheating its customer like that.
