BPTP Spacio Park I had booked a apartment with BPTP Spacio Park sect 37D in the month of August 24. As per construction link plan already paid 10% booking amount + 10% with in 45 days and total 20% till the date. Next demand falls on the escavation of site and now I am in receipt that demand. I have checked from site and found no escavation at site since the project was launched 23rd July 2010. They also have their existing project as park serene in the same perifery since year 2008 and being represented as the escavation of SPACIO Park Serene. After a strong followups I have not been received the agreement letter which is required for the loan disbursement, though the banks is not funding for this project as the project may not be approved.
The demand which is received along with allotment number, they have alloted as per their benefit and alloted on 14th floor with PLC.I have specifically mentioned on the application form as NON PLC, 7th floor. I enquired from their customer care and got responce as builder have sole discretion to do whatever he want as per their benefit and not ready to help in this regard. I am very disappointed and needs builder buyer agreement at the earliest for the disbursement of loan otherwise they will impose 18% late payment charges.
Can builder do like this and no right with customer? Thanks

i haveo booked one recentrly I booked in park serene (spacio) and paid two installments. any update on the project status ????
I heard from bankers that tjhis project is approved.

BPTP Park Spacio grievances We bought a 3BHK with servant and study in the BPTP Park Spacio project at Sector-37D last year. Despite specifically mentioning in our application form that we needed a Non PLC flat, the builder is charging us PLC of 2Lakh. The argument they give is that the tower where we have been allocated flat is a PLC Tower. This was well discussed with the broker by us while booking the flat but now BPTP is not ready to take any responsibility of the stories the broker narrated us while booking.
Now when we received the draft copy of the buyer's agreement, it comprises of an afidavid which declares that we will have no objection even if the location of our flat is changed at the time of offer of possession.
Also, it declares that we have well verified the kind of construction quality we will be getting and we are aware of what is being used for construction. They have not given us any elaboration for for construction material.
We have not signed the buyer's agreement as of now. But the kind of monopoly our builder is showing up, we are worried.
Is there a way to ensure that our voice is heard. We feel helpless while dealing with our builder.

BPTP Spacio loan issuess no bank is currently funding BPTP spacio, HDFC or SBI, They have raised all the demands but there is no one to go for loan
