Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have booked online a rail journey ticket (Delhi to Mumbai) on Make my trip web site through my registered ID (rajeev.malhotra@siemens.com) on MakemyTrip.com (MMT) on 20th Aug 2010.
Amounts Rs 7121 charged against debit reference through net banking transaction in my HDFC Bank is CCA100874641-Avenues(India) Ltd. As informed by Mr. Yusuf (customer care executive on 1st Sep 2010), this is not appearing in MMT records. I tried calling tghem over their
toll free no' 1-800-102-8747 and 91-124-4628747 but no proper reply. Even I sent emails to them and i got the reply that they shall revert to me in next 24 hours which never came. I have been following up with them since Aug 2010 but no response till date on the refund of Rs 7121 for the travel tickets which were cancelled.
Net statement from HDFC Bank in my savings a/c clearly shows the amount of Rs 7121 credited to CCA100874641-Avenues(India) Ltd.
Request kindly help me in getting my refund from Make my trip.com who are getting deaf ears and are not responding.
Refund amount of the cancelled rail tickets may kindly be credited directly to HDFC Bank SB a/c 00031050039571 and oblige.
