This is regarding DRS Dilip Roadlines Pvt Ltd
I have got my consignment from new delhi to mumbai. The consignment had insurance cover.
Now after uploading it in Mumbai I found couple of damages that I wrote in the chargesheet.Post umpacking my AC I found the Ac though working has lot of damages like the swing not functional,front grill turner broken. I have informed them written emails to their country head and therefore after a month the surveyor had come and listed the compaints and committed repair of my Ac with original samsung parts. Post that day its been another month but I'm running pillar to post to get the work done. Either they give excuse of mechanic not there, or gives some time and then they don't turn up and this legacy is on till date.
I'm frustrated and irritated and want some legal inetervention. I have iven them enough oppertunity till this date where I was promised work being done at 11 today then it got pushed to 2pm and still its 6pm now they are no where.

Loading date:19th aug'10
Gc no:4066611
Unloading date: 17th Sept'10
Harrasement on till today:13th Nov'10
I have emailed their country head Sonia in Hyderabad and all she did was emailed back. But no action has happened.
The mirror which also was broken is the only thing that got fixed.
