sir, I wish to inform that i was drawing a family pension from your bank since dec 1989 ..i regret to say that since dec 2006 ,my pension is not credited in my account a/c 1532 . due to non payment of pension my life has become externly miserable ,as i unable to meet our my daily expenses...
The bank officers said that during the inspection of RBI officers they could not produce the pension payment papers of subject beneficiary .they said they tried the pension papers but enable to get it . They said all the document will be lost or fired that why they are enable to credit the pension .This is the severe offence made by them .i request you to trace aet your end ,whether any paper are available at your end .and finally i will take the help of the consumer court ....the matter is so serious please take the immediate action ...thxs The PPO NO: NER/L/PEN/EXGRATIA 89/B-127/1190 DATED 29/11/1989
Many times i reported in the respective bnak but no conclusion has made ..so many of mails and the hard copy of complaints are made by me but no action will be taken by the bank ...finally i requsted you to solve the matter at your end other wise i will take the help of court ...
SIR, This to hardly inform you that i several times make complaints , registries,mails in the nodal brank head office and the bank itself .but no response will be taken in this respect .and finally i will taken help of the consumer court .Every one knows the case the nodal branch aligarh and the kailora itself.
