Samsung SCH-S239 CDMA bluetooth file transfer issue

Dear Members,

I have purchased a Samsung s 239 Mobile from shop, After 7 days of purchasing have faced some problem in Bluetooth services & PC Suite connection. When I take any 12 mb file from any Samsung and Nokia mobile via Bluetooth, my mobile goes to restart. i have deposited my mobile at (vimal electronic, Shri ram colony, near madhow nagar-phon-4080240) Service center And also put lots of mails in samsung support mail id. i have all documents of purchasing and service center slips. After 8 days of depositing i asked for my mobile and they said it will take time ( about 21 Nov) for restoration coz my complaint in back order and part will come at 21 Nov. I m facing many problem without mobile. Can I complaint that matter in consumer court. Kindly help or suggest me what is prosses of complaint in consumer court.

Dear Friends,

Still my Samsung SCH-S 239 is at service center from last 34 days and head office unable to repair this issue. I think it is manufacturing issue. i have tried this troubleshoot at 4 same s239 mobile and get same Bluetooth transfer issue when putting (OMH Upgraded) Reliance Sim Card. without sim its working fine. Company assuring me that they will reimburse my money (Rs.4800) by cheque.

I have a Samsung SCH-S 239 mpower TV phone.. it is not compatible with either JABRA / SAGEM Bluetooth headset. I tried using every trick in the book. kindly revert on this issue.

Dear Sir,

I have Purchased Samsung SCH-239 CDMA Phone on 20-01-2011, I am also facing the same probleme the phone goes restrat when in transfer any file via bluetooth, on next day i have seen the problem three times i had gone to Samsung service centre,Service centre people dose not help they install softwatre and say the phone is absolutly correct, but the same proble occur after few hours, please advise if you have got any justice.

Dear Team,

As i already informed u about Samsung s239 CDMA mobile Bluetooth transfer issue, this is not reparable coz its is default and manufacture issue (Even if u tray OMH new reliance sim card). My 2 friend also has this same set and same issue.
I have returned my 4800 by Samsung service center after 2 month of depositing.

If any one can solve this problem, kindly inform me coz my best friend is using this same set and he don't want to submit mobile at service center.

Hi I am Tarunesh Kumar and i am using this phone(i.e.,Samsung M Power Tv S 239) since more than 6months with Tata photon plus uim card and mts uim cards.But i did not face any problem during watching channel,during watching movie online on youtube and during downloading & during file transfer via bluetooth. This phone is magic phone for me due to its online streaming , downloading speed &call recording facility in less than Rs5000.It has only one problem that it can not play music player in background,but it is already mentioned by samsung.So I love s239.Infact it is not multi tasking phone and ofcourse it is impossible for any company to make the same for less than Rs5000.And i'm 100% satisfied with my phone.Your problem may due to reliance uim card,or, due to virus in the file,etc.
