    Default Parcel service harrashment by Trackon courier

    Sir/madam,
    There was a parcel for me from cuttack (Odisha) to Aizawal (Mizoram) shipped by Trackon courier service on date 27/10/10. The parcel has reached at Guwahati on 29/10/10. But till date they are not delivering it to me. I have talked to their HQ and Guwahati office but nobody is responding. Later on I came to know that they dont have office at Aizawal also. In such case how they kept the parcel and why they are not delivering it to me. I have spend a lot by talking to the offices but till now I have to received any satisfactory result. Please help me in this matter. The parcel was carrying medical report which was urgently required here, and dry food items.

    Default Non-receipt of parcel from Guwhati

    A parcel was sent to me through Trackon. The parcel was sent on 10th. June 2011 having Document No.23059688 and this parcel has reached Mumbai Airport on June 11, 2011. I am a resident of Borivali and although TRACKON has its office at Borivali, the parcel has not reached me till date namely 15.6.2011. Even after numerous inquiries and assurances that the parcel is being sent, I have not yet received it till today.
    I regret that the services of Trackon is in no way helpful to us customers even though we have put our trust in them.
