Sir,

This laptop is provide by my college IMR, 8th mile stone, delhi meerut road, Ghaziabad, .
I am MCA student, batch 2008-20011 of this college. This laptop is provide my college in October 2008 with one year warranty.

Here I want to clear one thing all laptop 200-250 pics provide by another company S.D. Infosys new delhi.

When the one year warranty complete I extend the complete accident warranty from my side from my SBI account using Internet banking. All thing are ok.in this 2nd year warranty I face lot of problem. When my HDD and DVD rom not working then I complain to Dell customer care but he say your laptop provider ( S.D. Infosys) defaulter in Dell so we can’t provide service.
At end problem solve and I get the service and Dell understand the problem and provide continue warranty.

But after some month in warranty period in accident the Laptop breaking into two part and I register the complain into dell customer care.
All thing goes in well manner, all process in progress like
- dell given me time period in which he provide new laptop
- dell send me the Quotation of the new laptop
- dell pick the my accidental laptop from my address

but finally and the end dell say me we can’t provide laptop because S.D.Infosys is defaulter.

If dell not cover accident warranty then what can I do?
Dell pick the my accident laptop, I pay for warranty from my account.

I have all the document ,so I request u pls solve my problem.
In this period I use the rental laptop so please help me and guide me how to get my laptop.
