    Default Unsatisfactory Customer Service leading to Mental Harrasment

    Hi,

    I am Vishal Singh (Credit Card No.5289 **** **** 9892). I am working in a BPO. I am using HDFC credit card since last 3 years now. I am a frequent user of Credit Card. I never either skipped my payments nor made any late payments. I have a crystal clear record with HDFC.

    The problem started since September 2010. My Credit is getting expired in November 2010.
    On my account I have my official address i.e A-22, Sector -60 Noida. I am unable to collect my new card from this address, as i am doing night shifts and courier people come their during day time and that too without any prior notifications.So, I called HDFC customer care for delivering it on my home address and they advised me to send them a scanned copy of a hand written letter requesting to change the address. Which I did immediately. than very late I got an email from HDFC, that too wasn't clear to me.So I called HDFC again. Executive told me that their is some signature mismatch, so I have to send a Scanned copy of my PAN Card. Which I did again.Than these people did not revert me with the status.
    I am following HDFC people since October 2010,Then I came to know about a totally new story that Verification department kept on calling on my previous disconnected no. and they have shown verification negative. So far I have updated my new no. for more than 5-6 times, still I haven't received any calback from HDFC verification team.
    I called and wished to speak with the supervisor in HDFC customer care, their also these people kept on fooling me around that supervisor will call me within 4 - 24 hours.This happened for more than 3 times. On the fourth time I became adamant to talk with supervisor, So finally after facing two call disconnection, I spoke with a supervisor VARUN on 7th November (Ref # 10311863761). He repeated the same story again and took my new no. 7 time and asked me to wait till 7 more days. Its 10th Nov now and no body called me yet.

    Such a pathetic Customer Service.Its a kind of mental harassment for me now to deal with HDFC people.
