We are esteemed customer of Airtel, using 05 post paid connections since 3 years, including broadband also, we thought of using digital cable services and called DTH for new connection which I would like to gift to my family on Diwali, they installed it by 6pm and said it will start after 30-45 minutes, we wait till night and called next morning to CC for problem, on third day it is finaly activated.
But now the new problem found, half of the screen is not visible as white doted lines are blinking with connection, we informed CC again they send a engineer next day and try to rectify it, finally engineer asked to his senior who says it is a problem usig samsung tv, so it will not work we had already noted this problem since a long time.
I informed this problem to AIRTEL CC, they again send me request number and says we will send engineer again. Till date there is no engineer coming and problem is still pending.

I had called to DTH CC to kindly collect your hardware and we no more interested to use your services. But no one came to do so.

Please guide me how do i takle the problem as I believe there must be an hardware issue with them. My TV is perfectly working , as I had already checked it with SAMsung customer service centre.
