Hi,

Is there any possibilities of someone helping us with getting our money back from Ava Merchandising. They have done fraud by taking money from us and not re-imbursing despite non-delivery of the goods.
Would this online court be able to help us?
On top of it shame on banks like ICICI who do not check the credibility of such firms and just blindly send their promotional offers. Can anything be done to warn them?
