My Old Company had not ready to pay my dues, I have left the company appril 2010, and now it’s almost six month now . I tendered my resignation on 12th April 2010 and served the company till 20th appril. my reporting boss was accepted it and waved off my notice period, (now he is also left the company)and the same was accepted by the management . Also I have submitted my PF widrawel form to them but they are not doing anything, I understand that pf office have send the paper for authentication but HR manager is not doing anything.
My dues are a good handsome amount. When asked for the payment they keep on saying wait one month, don’t have enough fund, I have sent so many remainder and a registered post also. But so far since from the last 6 month there is not even a single formal reply from the Management or HR side side.

Can you please help me out the situation, as am in great need of it .
