Even i've been suffering due the bad services. They are good at only money collection and nothing else.

Long ago I filed a complaint and still have no resolution. I never used to read my bills, however one fine day out of curiosity I was reading the bill and found that I am being charged more than 3-5 times of my actual usage every month (Clearly explained to Vodafone executive to which he agreed after observing the bills himself). This all was happening because of their poor network coverage irrespective of my location. When I logged a complaint with the CallCenter, they replied to me with the following SMS:
I truly believe that the above SMS was not a valid reason for not resolving my problem because I live 85%-90% of my life at Hi-Tech City (Main IT Hub of AP and one of the most known areas in India and Global Map). When I called up the CallCenter again stating the same, they refused to help me and hung up the call on me which is quite a usual practice being carried by Vodafone India. I called up again and had the same bitter experience, however this time he did not hang up but kept me on mute/hold and left me on the line to die of his torture.
Are we paying to Vodafone to get tortured or insulted (which was done several times by the Vodafone call center reps and executives who visited my home).
I've wrote several mails to vodafone to get the resolution of my problem and when I had no resolution, I stopped the payments (4556/- INR). I asked them to provide me the resolution and take their money, that was like help me to help you request.
When I asked for help they disconnected my service, assuming that as the resolution to the problem I guess.
I promised Vodafone that I'll make a payment once I get the proper resolution, however they did not bother to provide any resolution even till date (Complaint was raised on 17th Feb 2010).
No matter how many times i call, how many times i visit their store for help and or write emails for help, nobody ever did a a follow-up except some exceptions which are very rare at Vodafone.
I wrote several mails even to the higher authorities of Vodafone (Nodal Officer, Appellate Officer etc) and had no proper resolution.
They even sent some goons sevral times at my place who were using slangs and were so much agitated as if they would beat me up, luckily I had my friends covering me up at that time.
Is this what we should expect from Vodafone India, they do not want to give you resolution and or service but would want to take their money by hook or crook.
They've now sent me a Demand Notice Dated 11-09-2010 (Nov 9th) stating:
Please help me to file a complaint against Vodafone India for all the sufferings I've gone through.
I don't want to payout my hard earned money for getting a torture from Vodafone.
I still promise that I'll pay the amount that is legally calculated to Vodafone upon the resolution of my query.
