I had placed order through my ICICI credit card on date 24 Apr 2010
Product : Philips DVD Player ( Combo Offer ) free : 6 Speakers , 1 Woofer , Sa Re Ga Ma CD's kit
Product Code : i078
Order No. : IC25186
Order Date : 24 Apr 2010
ICICI crefit Card Deduction on 24 Apr 2010
Amount : 5990/_INR ( Product cost) + 100/- INR (Delivery charge)
Total Amount : 6090 INR
But product not got me till now. I had so many times called his numbers i.e 01244697999 , 18001800300
also mail to service@avamerchandising.co.in but not got proper response from it.

so I had cancel my order and requested for Refund on 7 Jun 2010 and so many times
but till now no any refundable amount got me. I am totally disturb and frusted on this issue.
Please help me on this. or how can i put complaint in counsumer court for this fraud service.
