I have got the Real Juice Pack as Diwali gift from one of my dear friend. When i have opened it for my kid. I got the rotten juice and it smelled pathetically foul. Real Juices has a very good brand name and people, who have a trust in their quality. However, this experience has put a doubt in my mind about its quality. We generally do buy the juices to serve our friends & families or for the sick people. If we will provide, this quality of juice to patient then instead of recovering it from their sickness, they will get sicker due to this food adulteration.

When i have tried to contact the customer care cell on the phone number (0120 – 4181100) provided on the packet itself. It keeps ringing; i have tried at least 5-10 times. Finally, one person has picked up the phone & he is security guard. He has asked me about my reason for call and then transferred me to the concern department. Where someone has picked up the phone & disconnected my call. I called it again, same guard has picked up the phone and informs me that all of the employees are busy in Diwali Celebration and no one is here to attend the customer call. When I have asked, when I can talk to someone regarding my complaint, he has transferred my call to Security Office. Person, who has picked up the phone & is laughing over to the phone, He has told me to contact some other day and hung up.

Dabur is very good brand name and this kind of experience is not at all acceptable from such a reputed firm.
