    i am kamlesh rai i am very tired about your after sales service please take action on my complaint i am try regularly this problem front of your dealer sudarshan motors but no response fuel meter complaint on first service of my bike so sir honda is the name of quality.because time is the real exam of any org please contact on my mobile no 9907230048regretfully i am literly tell you dealer reaction so poor iam consult ten times but supervisor had ask me for money please tell me any part of bike were not work after the sale of month neither a any responsibility of your dealer.

    Angry on stunner CBF blook pistain

    my bike has been completed 12000km. i had purchased on 26th april 2010. after dilived of my bike within 48hrs my engine was blocked. i had ask in vasai dealer form were i had purchase my bike to replace it but they had given me no responces...
    now my bike's engine block pistian has been damaged. i want to replace my bike pistain but my nearest services centre ask me bike pistain was not incurred in engine warrenty...
    so pls ask the services centre at vasai (maharastra) to replace block pistain...

    pls inform me at this number 9890493080.

    i have more complains about the service centre...

    i hope that you will replace the pistain as soon as possible it's very urgent...

    Default Daylight Robery at Honda !!!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I brought my Honda City car (Reg. No. UP 15 V 7197) to your authorised dealer and service centre PLATINUM HONDA, MEERUT after an accident on 10th October'2011. Since then I have checked back with the dealer 3-4 times about the latest status of my car. Even after 38 odd days no repair work has been started on the car at all. The reason that was given to me every time is that " We are waiting for the spare parts to arrive" !! This is the state of affairs at your own authorised service centre.

    Today when I want to take away my car, not because I didn't wanted to get it repaired from the authorised centre but because I found your authorised service centres to be totally incompetent in even arranging the parts and I ran out of patience, I was given a bill of Rs 24,500 !!!!!!! So the latest update of my car is that it is exactly in the same state as it was more than a month ago, no work of even a single Rupee has been done on it, and I still have to shell out Rs 24,500 from my own pocket for "parking" my car in the compound. As far as I remember I wanted my car to be repaired and not "parked".

    Such an unprofessional attitude is simply not expected from an esteemed company such as yours. And as of right the only thought that's coming to my mind is that "Was it a mistake going for a Honda Car?"

    I hope, you will take the appropriate action as I just don't see any logic in the calculations of your dealers.

    Dear Honda Management,

    Please give us service because at the time of Selling the Moter Bike your representative listen properly but once we made the payment then they dont know us.....If any Issue with the Bike Part then straight told us please contact Honda..... What is this and really the Honda Service Center is taking unnecessary Money from us and the engineer in the Service center is Local not qualified by Honda.... So please close the Service Center... I have given complaint for that my Bike average is 30 -- Dazzler which is very new but i have made complaint serveral time.. but they dont boughter.... .......... Honda is spoling their Name... Service is Pathatic.... Please take necessary action... In One Month My Bike start rusting.... i have ask them what is the procedure.. to change... directly your Honda Service Incharge told me... we dont know you have to contact Honda.... then what is the use of Service Center.... that they dont take complaint.... SO PLEAS DONT FULL THE PERSON ......... THEY COLLECT MONEY.... OR TAKE LOAN FOR THEIR VECHILE... AND FOR BENEFIT YOU CHEAT US........... NOT FAIR..... ???????????????

    PART USED IN THE DAZZLER IS THIRD CLASS ............. WITHIN 2 MONTH I HAVE TO CHANGE TYRE... SIDE BOTH GLASS...HORN.....AND MANY THING.... I CANNOT EXPRESS MY SELF...........

    following problems are with by bike :

    1. overheating of engine
    2. gear shifting problem
    3.chain set damaged
    4. poor milage i.e. around 45 kmpl
    5.performance of engine is very poor, hardly it touches the speed of 60 kmph.
    6. very cheap quality of service station, they are unable to troubleshoot the problem but creates a new problem in every service and makes a lot of execuses to hide
    their mistakes.
    7. many times contacted your gurgaon office, even sent fax on 19.09.11 but all in vain,
    8. contacted Mr. Chanakya Charma and Mr. Kawaljeet in your gurgaon office.

    Thumbs down Service complaint (pressana honda) coimbatore

    I Gowri Sundar of Coimbatore, having Vehicle No.: TN 38 AQ 5078. We left it for sevice on. 19.12.2011 since it was not in working condition (wheel sucked due to gear box problem). We wish to bring to your notice that the same vehicle was given for the service in the last week of July stating that there is oil leakage in gearbox. That was rectified in partial (ie) there is no leakage in drops but there seems the presence of oil in the outer part of gearbox. Any have we were not able to identify any dropping of oil. But now the problem was again in gearbox due to oil dry (said by service engineer). In the last three months we ride the vehicle for 3000KM. we don't know that the gear oil will evaporate in 3000KM. While servicing in July you have billed Engine oil 1ltr+bardahl. At the same time the spark plug is also changed and in three month again it is also changed. Please respond in this matter and give us the details explanation for the above complaints.


    The next thing is, to our vehicle two months before purchased a new extra floor mat. but at the time of taking it back we found it was missing we asked the service engineer he ask us to come in the next day. again we went today (28.12.2011). He gave me a other mat which was old and also not ours. We are giving to service in your concern hoping that no mistake will happen to our vehicle and its parts.

    No person in the concern is willing to answer the complains and no customer taking back from service in 100% satisfaction.

    Default Complaint against BIG GUNS OF HONDA SERVICE CENTRE

    Hi,

    I have been using your Bike since last 6 years and 2011 Exchanged with New one.
    The very beginning when I started riding , felt some kind of stiffness and sound on chain and also missing in front break. As i given for first service i discuss this with service advisorand he said that he will takecare of it and also said honda service includes check up breaks also. After that this missing occured so many times. Everytime they says now its okay and as when i ride 10 kms i feel the same problem. One more thing is still am alive only because of GOD's grace.Last time when i service they had changed some internal parts of disk brake without asking me and said its okay now. Today when am on the way to office my bike stoped on a sudden and i realised the disk brake is jammed and escaped from a big accident. Today also i have given for checkup and repair, till now they are not giving any response about my vehicle, as when i try to contact SERVICE CENTRE HEAD ( RF Motors COCHIN ) and also called on service centre number the both are not picking my call and that service centre head switched off his phone.
    The same thing is happened on my chain and socket, from 5000km am saying about the problem with chain, they says it will be okay if it wash and reset. They tell the same reason till 9000kms and now they are saying that its problem with chain need to replace. So please help to solve my problem

    Angry CB Twister Problem

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased CB Twister from Dearler name Mohali Honda, Mohali on dated 12 Dec 2011. After few days of purchase the problem is in my bike, the sound like detrition are coming from the backside. When i go honda showroom for service and i clear my doubt with engineer then he says after first service (13 Jan 2012) all sound problem will sort-out automatically.(Automatically ?) again after few days being not satisfied, i go again (18 Jan then 19 Jan 2012) honda showroom with same problem, engineer says this sound are coming from chain system and he clear chain system form outer side and this process waste lot of my time & petrol. Then after test drive of my bike engineer says He can't do more than now and still same....................... I really hang out who will solve my problem......... is honda have no best engineer? or Honda have compromised with its quality? i am not clear what is the problem with Honda CB Twister but who is facing the problem I or Honda?

    please confirm What i do.... I am really worried about my byke.

    Angry Worst Customer care & Vehicle Service & Delivery

    Dear Sir,
    I purchased a brand new Honda Stunner CBF Red color. When I booked the Vehicle I was told

    that there was only one piece available that too in Red color. I wanted to see the vehicle

    but I was told that It was in the Godown and will be shown to me later. The vehicle was

    shown to me only after the registeration and I found that there was a SMALL DENT in the tank

    at 2 places and the lid of the tank DIDNT HAVE THE RUBBER and also there was dullness all

    around the tank. The silencer guard also had a few scratches on it. I was told that I will

    have them replaced as soon as the stock arrives to the LODHA showroom or service centre &

    the same was mentioned in WRITTEN AT THE BACK SIDE OF THE GATE PASS BY SERVICE PERSON

    SHANKAR WHICH IS STILL WITH ME
    . After that I had made several calls to the show room &

    service center but I was constantly being told that the stock has not yet arrived. Even now

    the vehicle is not looking like a new one. When I left the vehicle for the first service I

    was not provided a proper one and neither the customer service was good. People are very

    harsh and the punctuality is worst with LODHA HONDA SHOWROOM & SERVICE CENTER. Kindly help

    me to sort out this problem as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased a new Honda CB TWISTER from PGL Honda, bhubaneswar, orissa. The service was very much unacceptable the they made mistake in my name in Insurance papers and told its alright, insist me to
    come afterwards to get it rectified. but it was a not done rather they motivated me. 1st and 2nd servicing was worst.
    I had given a complaint regarding my handle balance to the Honda service station & customer care which was giving problem after 2nd free servicing. I gave a complaint on 3rd free servicing period and which they didn't rectify it rather they assured it is ok. After my earlier complain to Honda customer care I got a call from the service department for rectification, but the service station told the service will be charged. As on my concern the parts which will be changed are chargeable not the service as I'm in my warranty period. So I didn't do any service and I complained regarding this, but I didn't get any reply from Honda service. This act disappoints my state of mind. By which I think during the warranty period service at Honda service station & local service station mean no difference. Please solve this issue as soon as possible & please take relevant steps towards these type of issues from Honda free services to customers and playing with them.

    i have purchased one honda(CB UNICORN) bike from your Satichoura chhowk Showroom(SGBL AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED) ON 11-04-2012 HAVING INVOICE NO.12IN00113,FRAME NO.ME4KC09CCC8236207,ENGINE NO.KC09E6242007 AND FROM THE VERY DAY MY BIKE WAS GIVING TROUBLE AND FOR THAT I HAVE RUNNING AFTER YOUR SERVICE CENTER 3 TIMES.YOUR WORKSHOP MANAGER MR RUDRA AND MR PRAMOD LENKA MECHANIC INVESTIGATED THE BIKE AND FOUND THAT THE FUEL KEY WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.SO THAT WE HAVE RUN THE BIKE ALWAYS IN RESERVE MODE AND IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.TO RESOLVE THE COMPLAINT HE SIMPLY TOLD THAT WE NO SPARE AVAILABLE IN THE SERVICE CENTER SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR AVAILABILITY OF THE SAME. THEN I MEET MR SUNIL GUPTA PROPRIETOR OF THE CENTER,HE ASSURED ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BY NEXT DAY (19-04-2012).BUT 2 DAYS HAS BEEN PASSED MY PROBLEM IS STILL THERE AND NO BODY BOTHERED TO GIVE ME A CUTESY CALL SO THAT I SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE VERY PROBLEM.

    YOU ARE REQUESTED PLEASE ARRANGE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM BY TOMORROW OR CHANGE THE BIKE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.I HAVE PURCHASED A BIKE FROM A REPUTED BRAND LIKE HONDA BUT IT SO SHAMEFUL THAT THE QUALITY IS VERY BAD.IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL GO FOR CONSUMER FORUM BY MONDAY

    Default poor service and cheating in parts

    Dear sir
    i was proud with the owner of HONDA STUNNER but later the
    image breaked with the experience .my bike no is GJ 1 LS 6560 purchase
    from the Universal honda ahmedabad in 2011 arround feb.For this I have written 2/3 letters but all feel remain silent
    from thier side it has astonished me.I am fade up with the battery failed off and on and i have to rush to garage within the 6 months for 2/3 times.
    The same problem occurnce battery before 6 month 3rd time in 9th month of 2011 than i got reply that my battery will be replaced by new one .but very badly i have to say that thay do not replaced my battery but repaired my battery and install it again.after 6 months i got same problem of the battery right now and put me in trouble to get same problem again.sir, thier havenot care for the clients
