Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I own a Chevorlet Spark and live in mohali and I had an accident with my car on 20th May 2010 and I informed the insurance company about the same and as there were lots of damages so asked for total loss and the surveyor did not agree to it and forced me to get the car repaired . The cost of the original car is 345000 and the cost that was insured was 280000 and before the repair they said that it was just cost 130000 - 135000 for the care to get repaired and after the repair they made a bill of 210000 and I could not afford to give this much of money at one go so i visited the insurance office 20 times with applications to get it done cashless and got the application signed from several officers for the same and then later on went to the claim hub and they said that we will look into it but later on I recieved a letter from them saying that the claim is repudiated and the reason they gave was that the Lisence I gave was not valid and they confirmed it that it is fake , I had myself got the Lisence made and I am not sure how this happened if they dint get it registered in their records for some reasons or not but I paid all the money and got it made from Lucknow RTO as I originally belong to Lucknow, and had all the proofs of that place. So now they are not giving me the claim and I am laible to pay 210000 to the repair workshop also they should have got this lisence verified or what ever before the repairs so that at that point of thime i couyld have decided what i need to do ... I do not have that much money at all to oay and I have been using this lisence ever since, If it would have been fake or not valid then why would I have presented it... Please look into the matter and advice help
