i am using vodafone no. 9769691702 since last two years and 10-15 days back all the services got disconnected
next day when i went to the vodafone store chembur they told me that my number was transferred to some other persons name
despite going to the store for almost exryday they were not doing anything about it
after a week i was able to contact the person in whose name my number was transferred. she said that her number is 9769691072 n she had applied for conversion of her number from prepaid to postpaid. after she contacted the vodafone andheri people they said that because of some human error it happened.
after all this i got a call from vodafone andheri they told me to submit the documents i did that the other day. they activated my number on friday but it again got disconnected on saturday.
despite repetative complaints nobody is responding
the manager of chembur branch gave me her number for assistance is not answering my calls and as of now my all th services has been barred.
i am too dissatisfied with their services n because of some error of vodafone people i am suffering
