    I tried to book 4 tickets for the Hangover movie on 26 May 2011.
    The bank transaction was completed and an amount of Rs 980 was deducted from my HDFC account. But my tickets were not booked.
    I did not receive any notification about the failed transaction on my email address or through sms. It is very surprising that there is no customer support number mentioned on the pvr web site. I have sent an email to the following address but have got no response at all.

    I don't know how to ask for the refund from pvr cinemas. There has not been any communication from their side at all. The staff at the cinema hall here in Gurgaon are very rude and did not help in any way.

    Hi,

    Yesterday i booked 4 ticked for the movie ko through online for Saturday 28 May 8:15PM Show(Kung-fu Panda 2), when I booked and made the payment using ICICI net banking,
    but after making payment successfully, I was not redirected to PVR web site back
    amount 980/- has been deducted from my account,

    I did not receive any mail/SMS confirmation, Please see below the transaction that affected my account , please do the needful to refund the amount, transaction detail is here below

    27/05/2011 BIL/227953816/ticket/PVRCINEMAS.COM- DR INR 980.00

    Please refund 980 immediately

    I got my refund in 2 days. So i guess I should have been more patient. But, PVR cinemas need to get their act together. They should have a customer support phone number where one can register their complaint and they also need to upgrade their notification systems.

    Default Non refund of online deduction for failure transaction by PVR cinemas

    On 6th may 2011 i tried to book 3 ticket in PVR cinemas using internet banking. My transaction failed for 3 times, but the money has been taken out from my a/c all 3 times. Total of 2340 rs(780*3) has been take out of my a/c. I waited for almost a month for them to give the money but nothing happened, then i mailed them twice on june 2nd and june 3rd 2011 (mail id:pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com,feedback@pvrcinemas.c om), but no reply from them till now.
    I called there customer care number, but i got a msg saying that the number is not in use and we should try mailing them in pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com.

    Please let me know how i can proceed further to get my money back.

    Default online Ticket booking failed in PVR, Money not refunded

    Hi
    On 6th of may 2011 i tried booking 3 ticket through PVR website for a movies. After 3 failed transaction i was finally able to book the ticket.
    Though 3 transactions failed, money has been taken out of my accounts 3 times. I called the bank and they confirmed that the money has been taken out of my a/c and has been transfered to PVR and requested me to contact PVR itself regarding this.

    Please find below the details of the failed transactions

    First failed transaction, internet banking online transaction through ICICI bank

    Transaction Date: 6th may 2011
    Transaction Amount: 780 rs
    Transaction details: BIL/223929159/movie Ticket/PVRCINEMAS.COM


    2nd and 3rd failed transaction is throug internet banking through CITI bank below are the details

    Transaction Date: 7th may 2011
    Transaction Amount: 1560 rs

    Transaction details :
    7/05/2011 PURCHASE SUBJECT: AUTH:730110 Card no.: 5497XXX0XXXX1608 06M AY CCAVENUES Ref: 112619442419 Ref No:- UTH:730110 780.00

    I Mailed PVR customer care thrice on the mail ids feedback@pvrcinemas.com and pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com they never replied.
    and i tried calling there customer care number but nobody is picking up on this number.


    Please advice me as how i could get back the money.

    Non refund of online deduction of pvr cinema website when no tickets were booked

    I was tryingto to book two tickets(Rs. 750 each) online for the movie Delly Belly on 1st July for the 10:45 am show on 06/07/2011 for PVR Ambience Gold Class. It actually deducted an amount of Rs. 1550 ( 1500 Tickets amount + 50 Convience Charge) from my Syndicate Bank Account in the Name of Karandeep Singh. The error message appeared "Due to technical Problem transaction cannot be processed and the amount will be refunded"
    The I have received the Mail from pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com saying that due to some technical issues you got charged for the transaction but your tickets are not booked. So, we hereby assure that the if amount got debited will be credited back to your account within fourteen working days.
    Today is 5th July 5, 2011 and I am waiting for my money to get credit into my account. I have sent the mails on pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com and feedback@pvrcinemas.com but have not received any reply. I have also tried to call on their customer care 01244708080 but the number is not working currently and asked me to send an email the above mentioned id’s.

    NOTE: There are no numbers displayed at the PVR Cinemas websites and there is nowhere you can complaint if you go to the staff at the PVR they rudely ask you to go to the website and send an email.

    I know there are so many customers like me suffering and complaining to take this matter seriously to the court but these giant companies are just conning people and providing bad services and they present themselves as the best service providers in the industry.

    those who have had same problems I would like to request you to post your complaints here so that we unite here to teach these money conners a lesson.

    Same problem. I booked 3 tickets for Harry Potter & Deathly Hallows- Part 1 on 9 July, 2011.
    However, after the payment was made it displayed 'Thank you for shopping with us but the transaction could not be processed'.

    I was booking the tickets using HDFC Net Banking.
    An amount of Rs. 825 has been deducted and no other message was displayed.

    The reference nos as per my statement are:CCA11GCQF392-Avenues India Ltd and 709230744.

    Please refund the amount immediately. I have put a complaint at pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com, feedback@pvrcinemas.com.

    The customer service should definitely improve for PVR esp when almost everything is processed online!

    I tried to book 2 tickets for the Transformers 3 3D movie on 29 July 2011.

    The bank transaction was completed and an amount of Rs 660 was deducted from my ICICI credit card. I was not redirected to PVR web site back, i got an error from the PVR website,attaching the error. I have sent an email to the following address with the screenshot of the error Non refund of online deduction of pvr cinema website when no tickets were booked-pvr-error.jpg but have got no response at all.

    There has not been any communication from their side at all. The staff at the cinema hall here in Bangalore are not at all helping.

    Hi,

    My name is Sachin Soman. I too got this same issue. Tried to book two tickets for "Friends with benefits", on 10th Sep 2011, at last got transaction failed error. An amount of Rs 300/- got deducted from my HDFC account, but no tickets were generated for me.
    Whom should I contact in order to get this thing fixed. I want my money back!!!

    My name is Chintan Bhatt and I have booked 5 tickets on 23/10/2011 via online booking on pvr's website at Ahmedabad for the Movie Ra.one.
    They had deducted the amount (875) for the booking
    from my SBI Debit card A/C no- 622018035500461128 .but do not conform my tickets for the show.
    when i complaint them, they have told me that i should concern u.When i will get my refund back. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate steps to solve the issue.

    Default PVR online booking issue

    Hi,

    I booked for 7aum arivu movie for 31st October 2011 two tickets. The ticket amount of RS 250 got deducted from my standard chartered account, however but got a message that booking was not successful.

    I sent an email to feedback@pvrcinemas.com and pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com and got a reply stating that the amount will be credit back in next 14 days. The customer care number is also not working.

    Transaction Currency Withdrawal

    PAYMENT GATEWAY PVRCINEMAS.COM PVR 0000000-0000 INR 250.00

    could someone tell if they will credit the amount back or not.

    I tried to book 2 tickets on november 3 2011, ~ 10:30 am ) at the website for the movie "Ra one" 3D, at PVR Centra, Chandigarh for 4.20 pm show.

    I took the option of SBI Net Banking, and completed my payment transaction. At the end of payment i was told that booking had failed but the money was debited from my SBI account in the name of Anupam Sharma. Acknowledgment of failed transaction was not sent on the email id and mobile.
    Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate steps to solve the issue.

    Default PVR Cheating

    Hi,

    I booked 2 tickets for 7am arivu movie on 5-11-11. My account is debited for 180 rupees, but got a message that booking was not successful. I have been trying to contact the theatre through the landline no 02240730300, either the line is busy or none of them are picking up. And there is no response for the mail.
    Pls give me any other way to contact them to get back my money.

    I tried to book two executive tickets on 2nd Decemberat 5:30PM for the Dirty Picture for PVR Centra(Chandigarh) for 3rd december 4pm show and i paid for the tickets through net banking of icici bank account vide order no 272524904 but the transaction failed due to some connectivity issue and the amount was debited from my bank account and the tickets were not booked.

    Default Failed booking at PVR cinemas

    I booked 2 tickets on 03/12/2011 at PVR Cinemas. The transaction was successful but .the ticket booking failed and Rs.300 got deducted from my account. The customer care number is out of order. and no one picks the call in Chennai PVR. Can anyone please tel me whether the money will be refunded back or not.
