Dear Sir,

I am ICICI bank credit card holder and with statement for the month of June 2010 ICICI bank had forwarded catalogue from AVA Merchandising for procurement of goods. Since the brochure came from ICICI bank I trusted the authenticity of the same and placed my order no 691707 and the party took the amount of Rs 1990/= towards ordered item from my credit card on 27/07/2010 with a promise to deliver the item within 21 days. They also provided me with a fake DTDC courier receipt no V02671423 thro which they claimed that the item has been sent on 6th Aug.

The item never reached me and in the mean time I called them more than 40 times and every time they used to make some false promise and gained time. I wrote mails to them to which they did not respond and hence I was forced to write to ICICI bank who had sent the brochure to me with a request to take up the matter with the supplier and revert the amount of Rs. 1990/=. They also seem to have washed their hands off by informing me that the amount can not be reverted.

I am enclosing copy of mails wqritten to AVA merchandising and ICICI bank for your reference. Kindly guide me so that I can recover the amount of Rs. 1990 from AVA Merchandising. The party seem to be a fraud since they are not even taking my calls now and are not responding to my mails as well.
