We called to customer care for sending the technical person today also
Person came for installation Forbes Sleek UV water purifier
After installation the machine water was leakage, he told this is new machine so it happen only one or two days

But he did not come that day..

Other technical person came to check the problem
In place of solving the leaking problem, he destroyed the full machine and machine stopped working &
Technical person said he will check with his manger and give the update tomorrow morning.

I do not know why manger is giving the right status.

We are in loss and doing so much follow for machine .they came and spoiled working machine .Not minimum courtesy to give the right status to the customers
