Dear Sir / Madam,

In continuation to the above subject, i would like to lodge complaint against Just Dial Services a Talking yellow pages.........this is the matter of December 2008, my organisation Eventbiz has entered into the contract with them for getting leads of the parties from them........as per their presentation and suggestion i paid Rs. 5000/- in cash to them and Cheque of Rs. 6237/- to them total Rs,11,237/- with taxes........ they promised our organisation will get the calls on every alternate day two no's and the services started from 4th December 2008.........with lots of descrepancies in it, anyway first wrong catagorisation, then wrong set of no's available on net and later wrong kind of calls......despite giving so many reminders to the customer support that things are not working out fine..........no answer from their side....

My contract was done by Mr. Dharmender who is working with Just dial and the money collected by Mr. Rakesh......I used to receive all the calls very lousy and of no use for example i had done my categorisation in DJ so i used to receive leads that person want to learn DJ c ourse or all time wastage calls......when i spoke to customer support strictly about all the quality of calls they agreed that they do not filter/screen the calls of the caller and forward to the pepople who are with them on contract...which is totally unethical practise of business.............

By letting you know all the details is that to get justification and get back our hard earned mony which i put in for some good business....

Please help me to get back my money Rs. 5000/- and phone bill of Rs. 1700/- my ultimate time, expenses, energy & money got wasted...please get me the justification......
