Dear sir,

This is with regards to my nokia handset n79 which has been sent to the nokia head office for repair under warranty for network problem.

The handset has been sent thrice to the nokia care head office and i personally spoke to the customer care executive to look into the network issue properly since the handset has undergone repair thrice.
While the handset is still under repair in the head office,i requested the executive to escalate the issue to the higher authority for the same.
Being a doctor by profession and that i have paid a premium price of Rs18000 for the phone i expect the company like nokia to look into the matter seriously,everytime i have given the phone for repair for the same problem.

But time and again they have just ignored my complaint and no one from the head office or the customer care responded to my complaint.

As a result i end up having the same problem in the handest.

I am seeking help for the same and i sincerely wish that my complaint is dealt with effectively.

If they cannot repair the problem why cant they replace the handset with a new one (for the same price for which i have purchased it)
Please help me find a proper solution to my problem.
