Hello,

I have applied for a new passport in place of the lost one on 23-06-2010 and was informed that I will be receiving it in a month. Later, police verifications were done within 30 days and the status was changed to “Police Report is clear. Application is under process. ”.

After that for two months I have been continuously writing mails to the grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in, pptgrievance@tn.nic.in, rpo.delhi@mea.gov.in and the only response which I get is Necessary action please. There was no further change in the status of the application.

I also visited the passport office on 18th-10-2010 and was again assured that there is no problem in the documentation and will be dispatched the following day. Unfortunately, a week has passed and the status has been changed now to “Passport was promised for delivery by post on 19-10-2010. But It is not ready. Please meet concern Public Relation Officer. "

After 4 long months of writing mails and approaching them again and again has worsened the condition.
