complaint of Airtel Ltd 4 Extortion calls, Harassment, Mental and Breech of Privacy

Dear Sir, I would like to file a major complaint against Bharti Airtel Limited for Extortion calls, Harassment, Mental Trauma and Breech of Privacy.

My Airtel Number (N/A anymore) - 9717333888

My life has become living hell due to Bharti Airtel Limited. I have had hundreds of calls from them asking for the payment. I co-operated with each and every call of theirs, because it's not something I'm trying to run away from. It's a mistake caused by a foolish Airtel employee.

Although I never stopped answering their calls. Each and everytime someone would hear my case out, they'd say "Sir, kuch settlement kar lete hai in Rs2000" which I found very unethical of such a huge organisation such as Airtel. Everytime they'd say, "Okay sir, If you pay Rs2000 as a ful&Final to us then we will settle your case" to which I have always agreed and asked them to give settlement letter take money.
Some body called me at 2:44Pm on 26/10/2010 But I couldn’t pick the call and later I called him back at 2:56Pm on 26/10/2010 then he told me himself to be the LAWER of bharti airtel from tis hajari court named ADVOCATE KULDEEP (by his behaviour I found him to be a fake person) and his no 9958830443 told me he has filed a suit against me today evining if I not give 2000 rs a full & final and settlement till today evining, when I demanded settlement letter then he used cheap, unethical, unprofessional, childish thing anyone could ever do. They started calling my family members, my relatives, my friends, my juniors, my seniors, anyone's number they could possibly get from my personal calls made from my airtel number and started calling them and harassing them and talking to them rudely and asking them to tell akash (me) to pay his bills.

We the public must be really stupid to tolerate such behavior. It has to stop.

Dear Dadwal sir, I sincerely hope I get justice in this case, Please Help Me Out.

I have been writing to 121@airtel.in and profin@airtel.in for the settlement. Instead of giving me a the amount figure they have started calling my relatives my friends and all those i used to call.

Foolish airtel do not understand that if a person has paid in lakhs as bills over last 3-4 years how can they be cheaters of a thousand rupees.
I used to pay my bills online and had to move out of India. I was not able to pay my last payment as because the airtel got their site updated and my plan ended around same time so in short i was not able to make the payment. I contacted their 121 for bills but nothing turned out to be concrete Instead they closed my connections and the bills got hefty due to late payment charges and contract renewal for the already disconnected number.
In short they never came up with a final settlement amount. Instead they started threatening calls all over my relatives.

My complete information is with Airtel in terms of my foreign number but still they enjoy threatening and calling people whom i know.

I have full proof of my communication with Airtel where in i am my self requesting them, to let me know the settlement amount but instead they are threatening and calling bad to my relatives.

I have also go the calls from same no which other members have mentioned '9958830443'.

My request to all members and the concerned people is that is there any way we can be protected or any action be taken against Airtel, because i know Airtel being a big company, it might be hard for an individual to fight against them as I am sure they might have protected their interests even at judicial level as well.
I am writing in this forum with some hope and want to make a point to Airtel that 'I am not a cheater but please let me know the settlement amount which is legitimate/real and not exaggerated ' I am not begging and i also know i will not give a penny if it is not due. I am not going to pay Late fees and yearly contract renewal charges for a dead connection.
Hope this writing reaches the deaf and blind people of Airtel goons.
