I feel till we have companies like Blazeflash exists in Indian Market we need another 50 years to make them understand the true meaning of Customer Service and Trust.

A Company who has a tag line says "Not just another courier company" is the correct tag line they have but the meaning is little different from a customer prospective, from customer's angle it’s the Worst Company we have in a Courier business with full of cheaters sitting on a table eating gutka's and they are specialized for making every possible attempt to Harass every customer who comes and give business to them so they can earn food for their family.

This company should be "Blacklisted" in the courier business and should be seriously punished for the act which they are doing.

Blazeflash website have a detailed information about the Management they have and have posted their phone number there and the funny part is when you dial the number "Number does not exist anymore"
So a chance to lodge a complaint is gone, you have no place to go apart from a temple to pray that these jerks somehow deliver the parcel/consignment.

Now the notion about Blazeflash is customer at last are satisfied - NOT WITH the services they have provided at the higher cost but with the parcel which at last reached to the destination, no matter how delay that parcel have reached.

For me, I was lucky enough to received a parcel within India after 10 days it’s been submitted to the Chandigarh Blazeflash office to Hyderabad.
Trust me guys, It is not the company with which you deal with, please do not send your critical information with them, Blazeflash is not the trust worthy company at all.

The service they provided have proved it.

I am ready to lodge a complaint with Consumer Court if they can help me to provide justice with these Jerks.
