    Default Bajaj Allianz Investment

I had few months back opened a Citibank A/c and the agent informed me about Baja Allianz investment and so i filled up the form and the agent claimed all documents will reach me same time i get my Citi bank details well its been three months now, i saw in my bank statements that from last two months Bajaj Allianz has been deducting from my Citi bank A/c a sum of Rs.1500, i recently lodge a complain with Citi bank and after some days i got a call from Bajaj Allianz that my documents have been dispatched to my house address when all my correspondence address was to be my office address and then the executive said if it comes back undelivered then it will be forwarded to my office address. but till now no documents has arrived to any of my addresses , although Bajaj Allianz is pretty quick in deducting money from my account for an investment i have no papers to confirm or claim that i do have a policy with Bajaj Allianz. Is it legal for them to do like this.

Thumbs down Misguided Insurance Policy: CitiBank tie up with Bajaj Allianz

    Bajaj Allianz Investment

I Himani Malik (Working with iGATE Patni Ltd.) had 1 Year back opened a Citibank A/c and the agent informed me about Bajaj Allianz investment and so i filled up the form and the agent claimed that I can close this policy after 1 year and will get the money back with interest. Every month, Rs.1500 were ddeducted from my Salary (Startng from 1st June 2010- till now). I recently lodge a request with Citi bank for the closure of this policy but I am not getting any accurate information for the procedure to close this policy. Its been 3 months, I am trying to contact and everytime I get the reply that we will arrange a callback but I havenot received any callback till now for the procedure of the closure of the Policy. Although Bajaj Allianz is pretty quick in deducting money from my account for an investment but now If I want to close this policy, I am not getting any correct reponse or information. Is it legal for them to do like this.

Please contact me as soon as possible for the above request. Below are my contact details.

I Abhishek Gahlout (Working withSAIC INDIA Pvt Ltd.) had 1 Year back opened a Citibank A/c and the agent informed me about Bajaj Allianz investment and so i filled up the form and the agent claimed that I can close this policy after 1 year and will get the money back with interest. Every month, Rs.2000were ddeducted from my Salary (Startng from 1st October 2010- 31st September ). I never got docuyment of monthly premium deduction.

I recently lodge a request with Citi bank for the closure of this policy. The Bajaj allianz customer care representative told me that 7% of total money will be deducted though earlier I was told that after 1 year I will get money with interest. EVEN then it was OK for me. But what I received was the sum of only 14338 Rs
though I have submitted 24000 to them.
I mailed the bajaj allianz representative, but he didnt provided with satisfactory reply regarding the deductions made. Though they are too quick in deducting money but not so in providing satisfaction in their customers.

Please clarify me regarding this as soon as possible.

Default No documents from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co

    Hi,

I have this suvidha account with Citibank and attached is the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd. I have still not received any hard documents of the insurance. Neither can I track it online. I had my account opened February 2010. And its a year! Money gets deducted on time but even after repeated mail to customer care "Citi service/Pune HO/Bancassurance/Bajaj Allianz" I have not been successful in getting my papers. Could any one explain this please??

    thanks and regards,
    Priyanka

Default Regarding My amount deduction during Dec 2011

    Hi

I am S.R.Karthik. Recently i have opened a SARVE SHAKTI SURAKSHA Policy with Bajaj Allianz (with Citibank acc).

My Membership Number is 0240985518 & my Premium is Rs. 1,500 for 10 Years.

    My Contact Number 9942424662.

    I have been deducted 1,500 rs at Nov-30-11 & another 1,500 rs at Dec-31-2011.

But while i contacted your customer care, they informed that my policy account hold only one payment of 1,500. I am very much confused about this.

I need to know what happened to my 1,500 amount that deducted during Dec-31-2011.

And hereby I need to know how to cancel my Policy. Please help me out in this.

I have put out a mail to customercare@bajajallianz.co.in

I don't want any further deduction of amount from my Account. I need to cancel the Policy

    Regards,

    S.R.Karthik
