I am the insured person with IP 4383782. My employer's code is 52-25153-101.

My mother is sick and needs medical treatment. I am the outsourcing Employee. Principal Employer is APCPDCL. Contract Employer is S.G. Services who is not all submitting RC although payment is clear to date from the Principal Employer. I have been insured since 1/11/2006. This is one problem because of this local office is not issuing entitlement certificate for medical treatment to me and any of my family members.

The second problem is that I am the insured person. Wherein the Act supports the treatment to the parents. Asst. Director at Nacharam hospital says Mother of married insured woman is not entitled for treatment.

What is the use of my contribution, as I have been paying since 2006?

I have got the same problem with the Provident Fund office also. The Principal employer is contributing through checks and the contractor is not submitting annual returns to the PF office.

I have been contributing union fund to AP Electrical Trade Union also since I joined the firm. They are also not at all helpful in solving our assured problems or in our regularization.
