Dear sir

Myself Ishrat Ali. Living in Greater Noida. My cell number is 9716767635. They have activate friend zone scheme without intimating me. And they deduct Rs. 30/- from my account balance on 21st Oct, 20101. When I complaint to the Aircel Customer Care they said I have activate this scheme. But the fact is I didn't received a single call from their side or I didn't sent any activation msg from my number. After that they disconnect the call without registering the complaint. It is third time I face this problem.
