Subject:- Applicant Satish Kumar S/o Shri Dharam Chand R/o J-160/1, St. No.-11, Kartar Nagar, Delhi-11053, Threat to life, Abusive Language, Mental Harrasment, and sending local BC at applicant residence, Threatening via Telephone No. 6219091, 66219061,66219031, 66219001, 43145200.

Sir,

This is to inform you that I Satish Kumar S/o Shri Dharam Chand R/o J-160/1, St. No.-11, Kartar Nagar, Delhi-11053, is recieving threatening calls from above mentioned telephone numbers. This unidentified person is threatening the applicant, his father who is a heart patient and also to his old mother at his residence telephone no. 22943877 on 19-10-2010, 21-10-2010, 23-10-2010, 24-10-2010, 25-10-2010, 26-10-2010.

1. This unidentified person makes calls and pretends that he is :
(a) A Police man from Police station and threatens to call applicant and his parents to police station threatens to give third degree torture to the applicant.
(b) A Representative of Law firms and says he will call applicant to court and initiate some false legal proceeding against the applicant,
(c) A Local goon from the same area as the applicant and forces the applicant to pay the money to his mens otherwise he will abduct and cause harm to applicant and his family.
(d) A Representative from a bank so that applicant does not make any complaint to his local police station.

2. Continuous calling from different numbers at odd hours during the day and night.

3. Is giving threatening calls to relatives of applicant ref. Mr. Pramod Sharma mobile no. 9810623248, Mr. Satish Sharma Mobile no. 9810009912 on various dates even on Sundays. Threateining that they should ask applicant to handover Rs 250000/- Two Lac Fifty thousand to his men otherwise they i.e. his relatives Mr. Parmod sharma or Mr. Satish Sharma would be liable to pay the said amount. He also threatens that if the above payment is not handed over to his men both Mr. Parmod and Mr. Satish Sharma would face the consequences and will have to meet dire situations and circumstances. The applicant has no knowledge that how this unidentified person knows his relative and friends which directly shows misuse and illegal use of personal information which is very serious.

4. Uses extremely bad and abusive language to applicant and even with the ladies in applicants house i.e. his mother and his wife.

5. Gives life threats to applicants father irrespective of his father telling him that he is a heart patient.

6. Threatens to kidnap applicants small children if payment is not made to his men within two days.

7. The applicant believes a number of unidentified and suspicious looking persons are roaming around his residence collecting information about applicant and his family so that he can carry on with his threats and can cause harm to applicant and his family. All this is creating dangerous and terrifying environment for the applicant and his family.

There are so many situations created by this unidentified person who sometimes also says that he belongs to HDFC Bank Credit Card Division.

I would request you to kindly help me as I am very much terrified by these threats, by this person and by his intentions. My father's health is also deteriorating in such terrified environment. This person is really serious about his intentions which may come true.

Please tell me also where else i can complaint apart from concerned police station.
