I have read the complaints made by a few people against classteacher learning systems,classteacher.com or mind shaper technologies here and on a few other forums. I have come to undestand that this company is not just duping its clients its also duping its employees. I have faced similar payment issue but have been successful in taking back my money.

Now let me tell you my friend that it is not just unethical but also illegal for any organisation to employ staff or labour and not pay them their rightful dues,"Every employee is legally entitled to get the salary for the each month he or she has worked for ,As per The Payment Of Wages Act, it is mandatory on the part of the employer to notify to the appropriate authority (in this case the Deputy Labour Commissioner) the date, time and place of payment, manner and currency by which the payment is to be made. This means that if the company employs less than one thousand people, than the payment of wages to the employees of the preceeding month must be paid to the employees between the 1st and 5th of the following month. In case mind shaper technologies/classteacher does not pay you it comes under non-compliance of the Act - which is a punisable offence. and dont worry they cannot take any legal action against you on the contrary u can completely bring down this organisation down to its knees.They have to pay you for all the money that they owe you .

U must learn to stand up togather to fight for your rightful dues,such kind of fraudulent companies thrive on an employees ignorance and think an employee cannot do anything to them.U have to prove to the mindshaper technologies directors that this thought is wrong and you can bring this company crumbling down

There are few lucky people who can get their salaries on time.

No one can understand that What kind of people they are? Firstly they harassed people in their office by asking them to work late and treating them like slaves. Always threatened their employee's, we will terminate you or hold your salary. When they think this is not enough, they are always ready to send legal notices to them.

Hi! I am an ex employee of CTLS who quit in 2010

The management of CTLS are unprofessional and dont care for their employees.
We get our salaries sometimes after 15th of the month, I understand that some of them have not been paid DECEMBER 2010, JANUARY 2011 salaries till date ( 04th of March ) quoting vague reasons. How will they run their families if there are treated so badly like slaves

Strategic HR Manager Ms. Neha Gulati, askes for a cut to clear salaries, travel allowances.

Hence can understand why they are still in a small company inspite of celebrating 11 years.

I hope that you have come with all good intentions to do good for all the people who have not got their salary. My only advice for you is - don't worry very soon you will also face the music and then you can share your experience again.I don't think even a VP can go against company culture .

I am surprised to see that finally at least somebody is concerned about this matter however I fail to understand how u can resolve this matter when your bosses are sending me legal notice through Goel & Associates, Pandav Nagar for the same. As if such a prolonged mental harassment was not enough. They have popped it up with this legal notice and asking me for the compensation of Rs.1Lac…??

Kindly make me understand how u intends to solve this matter.
