Trackon courier service is the wrost service,i.e there service regarding delivering the product,the way they treat there custumers,there employees,there help lines etc.
In my case,my father send me some important docoment from kalka to hyderabad where i am currently employeed(hotel leonia holistic destination),at the time of booking they said courier will be deliver to me in next 48 hours,but till te date today i hav'nt got that.Regarding this keep on calling there head office no of delhi but no one pick the phone after a long time a lady pick the call and didnt respond me properly,and i dont get any info from there then i search helpdesk no from internet but over there again all the wrong no are listed,after 3 day i got information that my docoment goes back to delhi head office. When we ask the reason of not delivering my courier they said that they dont got my hotel in hyderabad perphave my hotel in one of hyderabad most famous 5 star delux hotel,even they not contact me while the got my docoment as my father mention my contact no also on it....
Please provide justice regarding that and take some serious action on company,because i dont want that other persons also get suffer from the services of this company
