coplaint against aircel prepaid services

    Default coplaint against aircel prepaid services

    Nodel officer,
    i navenn verma logged a complain against my aircel no-9808318808..i used aircel service since 2 yrs,but 2-3 month my mob balance automatic detect by the value added service which is not set by me,when i recharge my cell after 5 min my balance is to be nil.plz give my whole detect amout.i call many time to the customer care but they not able to resolve my problem.

    plz resolved this problem fast otherwise i will change my sim

    These are automated value added services and such activations can happen when you respond to marketing calls and messages. You can resolve this by getting the DND service registered.

    Default Deducting money without using pocket internet

    My name is Allen Mathew John and I am an Aircel Prepaid user. For the last two months I have been losing my money on the basis of pocket internet usage without even using it. When the phone is not being used suddenly a report message comes stating that I have used 2kB of internet data and the session costs Rs. 0.10/-. As a result I have lost Rs. 30 within the past one month without even using. For that last one month the phone was turned off and was never used. Please rectify the problem otherwise I will switch to another network and you will lose a very valuable customer.
